Hello Tylerartz.

Thank you for your patience.

The 0xA0070004 error occurs during the enabling Intel® Optane™ memory process. It occurred when we try to enable it when Intel® Optane™ memory volume is already created.

As part of the troubleshooting, we need you to follow the "https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000022179/memory-and-storage.html Removing Partitions with Microsoft DiskPart" guide using the "Clean all" command in order to remove the partitions and the volume information from your Intel® Optane™ memory.

Intel® recommends that a full and verified backup of data be performed before attempting to apply this process; see "The Importance of a Backup Solution" at

http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/server-products/000007914.html http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/server-products/000007914.html.

After this process is completed run the software one more time.

NoteFor secondary/data drive acceleration support, the driver 16.0.2 or later is required. A System BIOS update is also required, contact your motherboard vendor.

We need to make sure that the latest BIOS have the RST version to support acceleration on secondary drives, please contact your motherboard vendor for this information.

Please let us know the results of this troubleshooting.

We will be looking forward to your reply.
