Hi guys, I recently bought a new pc game called "Overwatch", but I don't meet the graphics requirements to even play it

So I tried to update my own graphics driver, but it didn't work out... since it said "my pc does not meet the requirements for installation"

Hello, Mastermike:

Thank you for contacting the Intel Communities.

In this case, the drivers to be used would be from windows updates, this platform is not supported on Windows 10* from Intel side (more information can be found here: http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/graphics-drivers/000005526.html http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/graphics-drivers/000005526.html)

Please make sure you have all windows updates installed in your system.

If the problem persists, as a troubleshooting step, you could go back to a supported OS (Windows 8* or 7*) and test the behavior of your system with the game.

As per the information provided and my research, you are correct, the hardware doesn't meet the minimum requirements for the game to be playable.

My thoughts on that are to check with Blizzard support if there is a chance to start the game with the minimum graphics settings right away, that could be an option to test but I was not able to find the steps to do that (if available), for that reason I am recommending to contact them.

If any additional questions or inquiries are present, feel free to contact us back.

Regards,

Hey, Mastermike:

I was checking this thread and wondered if you were able to get the recommendations from game's developer in regards to the PC not meeting the minimum requirements.

Hope I can hear from you soon.
