I have a Dell all-in-one desktop, model XPS 2720 since 2014.
Last year, I did upgrade the operating system from Win 8.1 to Win 10.
One day after the upgrade, my wideo display became unstable alternating black screens to normal screens. Sometimes this instability was once every minute, sometimes 3 times per second!
Very recently, after a sysem crash and system restoring to the original factory status, I did re-upgrade to Win 10; at the beginning display instability disappeared, but the following day - after seeing a notification about a new display driver installation - ... display turned again highly unstable.
This time was easy to indentify the problem: the Intel HD Graphic 4600 driver, version 10.18.15.4256 made the display unstable; rolling back the driver to version 10.0.10586.0 the display returned functioning normally.
I hope this info may help Intel engineers to develop a new driver able to keep the display working fine.
