I got aspire one cloudbook (http://www.acer.com/ac/en/GB/content/support-product/6363;-;AO1-431 http://www.acer.com/ac/en/GB/content/support-product/6363;-;AO1-431) and i bought a hdmi to vga cable but my laptop does not recognize the tv. Do i have to download a driver?

Probably your computer would not recognize your TV, because of the adapter. I recommend you to use a straight-through cable, HDMI to HDMI or VGA to VGA. But you can try updating the Intel® Graphics Driver, the latest Version: 15.40.1.64.4256 in the link below:
