HD 3000 Driver screen flickering problem

I am using dell inspiron laptop. previously i used windows 7 and now i am using windows 8. i have problem with my graphics driver intel HD 3000 which previously was fine in windows 7. when i install updated version of the driver it starts flickering laptop screen very frequently and ultimately i have to restart laptop. to avoid this problem i just unistalled the driver and now i use microsoft basic version of graphic driver. this one has issues such as i dont see sleep option and also i cant adjust brightness of screen. please help me if there is any way to solve the problem with original driver. system information

Hello LeeKhan,

Have you tried with driver version 15.28.24.4229? If not I suggest installing it manually, the download and instructions are found here:
