Are these short beeps or long beeps? If they are short, there is a good chance that this is indicating that it is initializing the USB controller. Now the "orange" light usually indicates a non-critical degraded state.

If the unit completes POST, you may be able to capture the logs using our https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/24424/S1200V3RP-System-Information-Retrieval-Utility Intel System Information Retrieval Utility. This utility offers you the option to run it within the Operating System or from the EFI Shell.

You may contact our http://www.intel.com/p/en_US/support/contactsupport Intel Customer Support team to assist you with the utility or with the log files.

Hello Tonny,

After checking the video you shared with us I am able to confirm that those beep codes during POST are completely normal and expected so there is no reason to be concerned about them. Basically the beep codes are related to the USB ports being detected. Now, if the amber LED you are showing is from the front panel we recommend contacting our support group to narrow the issue based on the system logs.
