Core i3 M380 Pixel Shader 3.0 problem

Hello

I have Acer Aspire 5733 with i3 M380 processor in it and can't run any game that requires Pixel Shader 3.0. Is it enabled with it's graphics and where I can find updated drivers for my GPU?
