Hello,
1. Question:
What is the difference between the driver
- https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/18650/Graphics-Intel-Graphics-Media-Accelerator-Driver-for-G41-Express-Chipset Intel® Download Center (which is the latest)
and
-https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/22165/Intel-Graphics-Media-Accelerator-Driver-Windows-7-Windows-Vista-exe- Intel® Download Center (which is the latest too)
2. Question:
What is the difference between the driver
- https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/22165/Intel-Graphics-Media-Accelerator-Driver-Windows-7-Windows-Vista-exe- Intel® Download Center (which is the latest, what ever this means)
and
- https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/22163/Intel-Graphics-Media-Accelerator-Driver-Windows-7-Windows-Vista-zip- Intel® Download Center (which is the current, what ever this means)
(Or what is the difference between latest and current?)
Would be very interested in an Answer.
Thank you.

Hi,
Those are really good questions.
Regarding your question one, the first link shows the drivers for x64 and x86 (Windows 7) uploaded last 2009. In the other hand, the second link was uploaded in 2012. Isolating the post to only this first question, if you have Windows 7 I'd recommend the 2012 version.
Question two... the main difference between the two link is the fact one is .exe and the other one is .zip. The .zip has files that are useful for developers. The .exe is an executable file.
I you have any further question, please drop a line here.
Best regards,
