Hi datidotua,

Please note that the processor warranty is for 3 years from the moment you purchase it. The site you are using (http://www.intel.com/p/en_US/support/warranty http://www.intel.com/p/en_US/support/warranty) it is required to enter the FPO and full ATPO to get the warranty information.

Here you have some articles about the warranty information:

http://www.intel.com/support/processors/sb/CS-020033.htm http://www.intel.com/support/processors/sb/CS-020033.htm

http://www.intel.com/support/processors/sb/CS-009862.htm http://www.intel.com/support/processors/sb/CS-009862.htm

Hi Kevin,

Thank you for your answer.

I have the FPO J448B929 and ATPO 2L441347A1107. When I insert these numbers in appropriate fields at the site I get the answer:

Could you please tell me, what I do wrong?

FYI, I am just a customer like you who was navigating through communities & stumbled upon your topic accidently.

About your concern, I urge you to wait for the official response from Intel support staff.

Hello datidotua,

In fact the information about your processor provided on the thread by Deepak.Sharma is correct. Your processor is under warranty, if you need to process the warranty of your processor I suggest contacting support at 1-916-377-7000, submit a ticket http://www.intel.com/p/en_US/support/contactsupport Contact Support or by chat http://intelsupportchat.force.com/icslivechat/ics_tech_processor_ww_english_Chat http://intelsupportchat.force.com/icslivechat/ics_tech_processor_ww_english_Chat

Regards,

Hi!

Thank you very much. I tried to use EU warranty page of Intel site and everything works perfect. Also I contacted with technical support from this page.

PS.

But I think that with my EU IP I have strange answer from US warranty page "Our system is temporarily unable to process your request. Please try again later." instead of redirect to EU page.
