INTEL PROCESSOR NOT GIVING DISPLAY

Dear Sir,

An Intel Dual Core Processor G2010 Sr10j 2.8 Ghz is not giving display. I want to know the return policy for replacement in India.

Please have the markings ready, since this is information they are going to request.
