Intel graphic problem with FIFA 17

Hello

I have a Intel Core i3 6100 with Intel HD 530 graphic unit.

After investigating and searching a lot about the problem I found that a wide range of Intel graphic unit have this problem. The problem is about FIFA 17.

In my case, FIFA loads very very difficult while OS start to hang up. In the game There are lighting process problems like flashing and the gameplay in most scenes is like zebra skin!!!(below in the video you can see)

Please please please! Do NOT ask common and ordinary questions like updating , driver , etc

I'm a Professional user and before contacting the support center I did all methods to solve the problem and checked the similar posts on the Internet.

I want to make you confident that:

  1. 1- All the HWs are healthy and work without any problem.
  2. 2- The OS is healthy and without malware and all the required runtimes are installed. In other words The System don't have lack of HW or SW and is completely OK.
  3. 3- The problem exists on every resolution and game setting.
  4. 4- The problem does not solve with the beta driver.

It should be noted that FIFA 16 and 15 runs without any problem and this problem is for FIFA 17 and FIFA 17 demo (both have the problem).

I'm not alone and There are users that are suffering from this bothering problem like:

In the review article mentioned 2 times the Intel graphic problems.

Please see my video and above videos to see the problem.

Note: my friend with the exactly same specification (same MB, CPU,RAM) and a nVidia GPU does not face with these problems and bugs.

I think the only way to solve this problem is to release a new driver.

Since you already tried our Beta driver I would need more information in regard to your system in order to address this issue in a different manner, so please proceed to fill out the following form , make sure to follow closely all the instructions on link, and once you have all the information requested post it here.

HW: 1-MB: Asus Z170-A

2- Graphic: Intel HD 530

3- no AMD or nVidia Graphic card

4- any kind of display(lg 25um65, samsung TV or Sony TV) I try a lot of displays.

EFP

RAM: 8GB DDR4 2400MHz

HDMI, Use SSD and HDD (the game has problem on both of them)

OS:Windows 10 pro ver 1607 build 14393.351

VBIOS: 1033

graphic driver: 15.4539(and all earlier driver)

single display

the problem exist in every resolution and setting

Your video will definitely help to address this matter; however, for debugging purposes we need the information requested on this link . The reason why I am requesting this information is because you already tried the driver that addressed some issues with FIFA 17, but you still have an issue, so is very important forus to get all the information in regard to your case and start investigating.

I will provide all the information you need but before that I want to ask a question. Why you think that the problem is only for me? It's a widespread problem for a wide range of users and related to Intel Driver not my PC!

Hello

Big like for this beta driver.

All of the problem are solved except the problem of loading the game.

Still when I want to start the game My PC hangs and loading process takes a lot of time.

This beta driver is a huge improvement but there is one more thing to solve.

Please try the following suggestions;

  • Clear Origin cache files, see here on how to do it; http://answers.ea.com/t5/Origin/How-do-I-clean-the-Origin-cache-files/td-p/4701923 How do I clean the Origin cache files? - Answer HQ
  • Test by using Compatibility mode. For this, go to FIFA 17 exe and right click on it, go to properties. Following that, click Compatibility tab, check the option "Compatibility Mode" and select Win7.
  • Re-install the game if issue persists.

Hello there I recently purchased FIFA 17 full version for PC on my laptop.

Unfortunately there is an issue which does not allow me to play the game. The game proceeds until the loading screen with Marco Reus and its just stuck there forever. I have tried numerous things like repiaring the game via the right click option on Origini and my drivers according to device manager are up to date.

Below are my laptops specifications:

Windows 8.1 64 bit operating system, x-64 based processor

Processor: Intel (R) Core (TM) i5-4210U CPU@ 1.70 2.40 Ghz

Installed Memory RAM: 4..00 GB (3.89 GB USABLE)

Intel HD graphics family

Lenovo.

Please get back to me on how I can make the game work and what is the issue, what action needs to be taken.
