may buy a mini-pc with an Intel Celeron J3160:

Would like to know what the integrated GPU is capable of:
- DirectX version (FL)
- OpenGL version?
- OpenCL version?
- does it support Vulkan API?
What is the latest driver I can use for it and where to download?

In regard to your questions, the processor works with Intel® HD Graphics 400 controller, as a reference, on the link below you will see the features supported by different processors, that specific graphics controller is not listed there, so we will do a research in order to get the details you need, it should be similar to the 6th generation processors:

The latest driver for that processor is version 4501, and you can download it from here:

I just wanted to let you know that I just received the results of our research:
The Intel® Celeron J3160 for Desktop with Intel® HD Graphics 400 supports the following APIs:
DirectX 11.2
OpenGL 4.4
OpenCL 1.2
Shader Model 5
Vulkan is only supported on 6h Generation graphics controllers at the moment.
