Good morning,
I have bought a mini pc Msi Cubi 2, which contains an intel graphics 620 as graphics card. I have windows 10 pro 64 bit and I have connected by HDMI the minipc to the monitor Dell 2408WFP, The problem I have is that for a few days due to a windows 10 update or something the HDMI sound to the screen sounds distorted, like with a buzzing, gritty, when I try to play any sound on the PC.
I've tried format Pc and updating drivers and trying out several old and new drivers and no luck. Sometimes the sound works and sometimes it does not.
I'm desperate because i've tried everything, can anybody help me? Or suggest me something to fix the problem?
Thanks in advance!
Regards,
Rubén.

A buzzing noise might come from a "ground loop".

It's not the problem that I have, it's another, I think it's a problem of a Windows 10 update or the driver of Intel. I leave a video of the noise that makes my computer when plays a sound:

Thank you very much to Stefan3D for the information provided previously.
Hi quaky2010: Thank you very much for joining the Intel® Graphics communities.
In order to try to fix this problem, we can try to re-install the latest graphics and audio drivers from MSI, please try drivers VGA 4526 and audio 7848:
https://us.msi.com/product/barebone/support/Cubi-2.html%23down-driver%26Win10 https://us.msi.com/product/barebone/support/Cubi-2.html# down-driver&Win10 64
Also, a BIOS update to version 850 is a good option to try:

Just to make sure are you using external speakers?
Do you have the option use different speakers?
Do you have the option to use a different HDMI cable?
Any further questions, please let me know.

Well, I have already tried to update the bios and try re-install the latest graphics and audio drivers from MSI. I haven't had good luck with this.
Just to make sure are you using external speakers? Yes, I did.
Do you have the option use different speakers? Yes, I did.
Do you have the option to use a different HDMI cable? Yes, I did too.
I tried connecting the Mini PC to the TV via HDMI cable and the sound works fine, I think it's a monitor controller problem that doesn't exist for windows 10.
I have a DELL 2408WFP monitor.
Any suggestions to fix that?.
Thanks in advance.
Regards,
Rubén.

quaky2010: Thank you very much for letting us know those details.
Correct, as you mentioned, it seems to be there might be a controller problem with the monitor. In this case the best thing to do will be to get in contact with Dell directly in order to check if they have further steps to try or if maybe there is a firmware update for it:

Dell answers that there is no firmware available for the monitor, and that the monitor doesn't have support for new equipment with windows 10 64bit.
They tell me that I have to buy a new monitor for fix the problem. I try to test it with another monitor and another cable Hdmi and it does not give me a problem. The problem is with the Intel HD 620 controller with the 2408WFP dell monitor, which shows the distorted sound.

quaky2010: Thank you very much for sharing that information.
We are sorry to hear that there is a compatibility problem between the monitor, Windows® 10 and the Intel® graphics controller. Base on your comments, it seems to be the only option to fix the problem, if you have the chance of course, will be to purchase another monitor.
Any questions, please let me know.
