problème avec un xyz 3d scanner qui fonctionnait lors de mon achat en mai 2016 et qui ne fonctionne plus après réinstallation

To download the DCM-F200 (Intel Real Sense Depth Camera Manager)

1. Please click the link below:

2. Download the Version 1.4 HF 2, Build 1.4.27.32425 then install.

3. Using the same link download the Runtime Distributable (Intel Real Sense SDK)

4. Go to the bottom page and look for Runtime Distributable.

5. Download the Version R4 Build 6.0.21.6598 and install.

6. Download the latest version of XYZScan Handy in:

Jeanlouisquero says that their XYZ scanner that they bought in May 2016 no longer works after re-installation. This is the product, which is apparently a rebranded RealSense F200 camera.

Officially it is recommended that - like with the F200 - a 4th generation Core processor is used with it, though the reviewer in the above link reports that it worked fine with their 3rd generation processor. The XYZ scanner's user interface is based on a UI that is apparently overlaid over the top of the RealSense SDK, which has to be installed first before scans can be made.

Looking at the information that the XYZ customer representative provided to Jeanlousquero, it seems that installation is basically the same as an official F200 - install the F200 DCM, then install the RealSense SDK.

Jeanlouisquero, have you downloaded and installed the F200 DCM from the RealSense download page?

Officiellement, il est recommandé que - comme avec le F200 - un processeur Core 4ème génération est utilisé avec lui, bien que l'évaluateur dans le lien ci-dessus indique qu'il fonctionnait bien avec son processeur de 3ème génération. L'interface utilisateur du scanner XYZ est basée sur une interface utilisateur qui est apparemment superposée au-dessus du SDK RealSense, qui doit être installée avant que les scans ne soient réalisés.

En ce qui concerne les informations que le représentant du client XYZ a fournies à Jeanlousquero, il semble que l'installation soit essentiellement identique à celle d'un F200 officiel - installez le DCM F200, puis installez le SDK RealSense.
