Hello ThDarker,

Thank you for contacting the Intel community.

I'm sorry about the issue you have experience after updating the graphics driver.

If you roll back to a previous driver version do you get the same problem?

Please try driver version https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/26984/Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-15-40- 15.40.36.4703 and if the issue persists you can also try https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/26836/Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-15-45- 15.45.19.4678

I just want to see if the issue has been recurring.

If the issue happens only with the latest graphics driver, we can try the following:

Uninstall the graphics driver from your system and reinstall it manually.

You can download the latest driver here:

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/27058/Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-15-46- Intel® Graphics Driver for Windows* [15.46]

Please check how to https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/graphics-drivers/000005629.html Manually Install an Intel® Graphics Driver in Windows® 10 and Windows 8*/8.1*

Please let me know how it goes.

Best regards,

Ivan U.

Hello ThDarker and Jacobmgrrr,

We are currently investigating this issue under our internal bug ID 1406457227.

Updates about this issue are going to be posted on this other forum thread /message/501191 https://communities.intel.com/message/501191

Some customers have reported they have resolved the issue after updating the BIOS of the computer.

I recommend either posting your commend on the forum thread I provided about or using the "Follow" option that can be found on the upper right corner on the same thread.

Regards,
