At which point does the white screen appear?
Can you see some BIOS messages?
Can you see spinning dots or a loading bar when Windows starts?
Can you see the login screen?
Can you start your laptop in safe mode?

Make a photo pointless because you will don't see the problem. I set the contrast settings to almost maximum and the picture looks not bad, but gives a lot discomfort.
Pale screen appear after reinstall windows.
No I don't see any Bios messages.
Can you see spinning dots or a loading bar when Windows starts? - YES
Can you see the login screen? - YES
Can you start your laptop in safe mode? - YES

Start once again in safe mode, then perform a "clean boot" as described at:
