I have wiped a toshiba satellite Pro c850-15q and installed windows 10 Pro. All drivers are up to date. I am getting hanging (not responding) problems. I have run the latest version of the processor diagnostics tool. When it gets to prime number, visparticle v1. 5.0.0 is not responding. It continues this way until I terminate it in task manager. Can anyone help. Thanks
