Hi e-Office: Thank you very much for contacting the Intel® Graphics communities. We will do our best to try to fix this problem.
I was looking on Acer's web site for the graphics drivers for your platform and actually it shows that the validated operating system for this product is Windows® 8.1 - 64. So, the problem with the resolution could be related to compatibility with that operating system. In that case what we recommend is to use the "inbox" graphics driver that gets installed automatically when you install Windows® 10.
The driver validated by Acer for your system is version 3496, but for Windows® 8.1:
https://www.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/support-product/5452?b=1 https://www.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/support-product/5452?b=1
As an option, we can always try driver 4653 for Windows® 10, but these kind of problems might be expected if you use a Windows version that is not fully compatible with your notebook:

Any further questions, please let me know.
