When are the new depth camera's to be released ?

We are a robotics company, and for some kind of unknown reason all depth camera vendors seam to aboard their production.

Which amazes me a lot, its the time of robotics, and one requires something better then the kinect one these days.But most online depth camera's are not even near kinect 360, so maybe some of the forum members here can recomend us a a HD TOF camera from some vendor.
