yes it solve my problem of having green screen on media player while playing video.
but while playing game, when ever gpu move to greater than one 1% then My pc get blueScreen(irql not less or equal) error after that pc restart.
Basically i cannot utilize my laptop fully. so i contact acer about this . they told me driver is fine may be issue with driver software . so they roll-back to window 10(1709 version) from window(1803 version).
now it is working fine. i only know from my experience graphic problem arises in my laptop only in window 1803 version but in 1709 it working fine
Thankyou for your concern IntelCorporation intel_corp

Hello x_mtd_x
Thank you for joining the community.
I would like to share with you that we recommend using the Intel® DSA (https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/128824/Intel-Driver-Support-Assistant-Intel-DSA- https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/128824/Intel-Driver-Support-Assistant-Intel-DSA-) to Install Intel® drivers, on the case of third-party we recommend to use the manual installation of drivers (https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000005629/graphics-drivers.html https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000005629/graphics-drivers.html).
Hope this help.

Hello I am having same problem. I bought new MSI GV62 8RE laptop. It shows green screen while playing any video. When I researched about it. Its an issue with Intel UHD graphics 630. I also have windows core i7 8750H with current - 1802 version. What should I do? Please help!!! I turned off hardware acceleration in chrome and other browsers but that is solution only to online playbacks. When I use windows media player or VLC the problem is still there..
