I have Dell Latitude E4300 w/ Mobile Intel 4 Express Chipset Family. Can I get driver w/ OpenGL 2.1 hardware acceleration for Windows 10? How about for Ubuntu? (I'm thinking of migrating to open source.) I'd like to run Blender 3D (already have GIMP & Inkscape. I'm new to Windows, have been running Mac OS X (10.6.8, but will probably upgrade).
