I have Dell Latitude E4300 w/ Mobile Intel 4 Express Chipset Family. Can I get driver w/ OpenGL 2.1 hardware acceleration for Windows 10? How about for Ubuntu? (I'm thinking of migrating to open source.) I'd like to run Blender 3D (already have GIMP & Inkscape. I'm new to Windows, have been running Mac OS X (10.6.8, but will probably upgrade).

Unfortunately Intel doesn't support Windows 10 on your legacy GPU

Check out: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/graphics-drivers/000005526.html Supported Operating Systems for Intel® Graphics Products

Blender version 2.77 requires OpenGL2.1: https://wiki.blender.org/index.php/Dev:2.8/Source/OpenGL https://wiki.blender.org/index.php/Dev:2.8/Source/OpenGL

Try an older version from this archive: http://ftp.halifax.rwth-aachen.de/blender/release/?C=M;O=D Index of /blender/release
