Raw Read Error Rate on Intel S3610s

OKili

Hello,

I've provisioned a few servers with a bunch of Intel S3610's and I'm a bit concerned about the "Raw Read Error Rate" values. The tools shows all drives as healthy and there are no other errors as shown as full SMART data pasted below for one drive.

Does these values mean anything?

Thanks

Hello Ispirto,

We were checking with a different data center drive here and we did not have that specific SMART attribute. We'll be working on this specifically and we will try to replicate with the same drive you have, please expect an update next week.We do agree with you that the values show really nice, so it may not be something to worry about.Regards,Nestor C

Hello Ispirto,

Could you please share a screenshot of your SSD's label? Also, do you have the SSD connected to a RAID controller card or directly to the motherboard? Please share with us the dump log, you can use this command: Isdct dump –intelssd Regards,Nestor C
