HI all,

I have Core i5-7500 processor

I installed Intel driver update utility for any other new version of drivers and I found the latest one, that drivers show Intel drivers site already. I download that driver from utility and site but when I tried to install from utility it shows THIS COMPUTER DOES NOT MEET THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS TO INSTALL THE SOFTWARE and I also tried from site downloaded file it has same error....

Graphic Family Intel HD Graphics 630

I contacted Intel Customer Support but Still I have no solution to fix this...

Judging from the 2nd screenshot you try to install Kabylake under Windows 8.1

Your old driver build 4528 had been accidentially (?) released by some manufacturers e.g. Gigabyte.

But Intel doesn't support this combination:

7th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) processor family

Microsoft Windows® 10 64-bit Only

source:

Neither does Microsoft: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4012982/the-processor-is-not-supported-together-with-the-windows-version-that- "The processor is not supported together with the Windows version that you are currently using" error when you scan or download Windows updates

You would have to install drivers with modified INF and disabled driver signatures and hacked Windows updates at your own risk.

Best choice would be though to install Windows 10.

Hello Dulshan,

At the following links you can check how some users were able to modify the INF in the graphics driver to make it work for Windows® 8.1.

Unfortunately this driver is only supported on Windows® 10 with the 7th generation processor, so any modification to the driver will be under your own risk.

Best regards,
