Hello Mattsin,

Thank you for contacting us; it will be more than a pleasure to assist you.

In this case, based on the report that you attached to us, we noticed that your system is not running your latest OEM drivers.

In order to isolate the issue we will need you to uninstall the current graphic drivers that your system has, until the basic Microsoft*display driver is exposed (please make sure that you will do it with no internet access)

After that, for troubleshooting purposes please install the latest OEM Intel ® Graphic Drivers (6169) found here:

http://download.gigabyte.us/FileList/Driver/mb_driver_vga_intel_100.6169_dch.zip http://download.gigabyte.us/FileList/Driver/mb_driver_vga_intel_100.6169_dch.zip

In order to do it, please go ahead and perform this update steps:

Unzip the file to a designated location or folder.

Open Device Manager:

For Windows 10: Right-click Windows Start icon

Click yes when prompted for permission from User Account Control.

Expand the Display adapters section.

Right-click the Intel® graphics entry and select Update Driver Software.

Click Browse my computer for driver software.

Click Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer.

Click Have Disk.

Click Browse and select the directory where the driver files are located.

Click OK, and finally click Next.

Drivers are now being installed.

Restart your computer.

Please make sure that you have the latest Nvidia* Drivers as well.

If you press CTRL+ALT+F12, it should bring you to the Intel ® Control Settings.

As well, you can try to look for the graphics panel on the lower right hand side of screen, near to the time and date; you will see an Icon that looks like an arrow pointing up, if you click on it, you are supposed to see a blue Icon that belongs to our Control Panel, click on it to open it if possible.

Another trying that you can try is to press the Windows* key and the letter R on your keyboard at the same time, this will bring up a new window called "Run".

Please type services.msc and hit Enter.

On the list of services, scroll down to the letter "i" and look for Intel(R) HD Graphics Control Panel.

If you see it, double click on it and make sure that the service is running, if it is not, click on start.

As well make sure the service status is "running"

I hope to hear from you soon, please let us know the outcome.

Regards,

Diego S.
