I am having trouble of updating the latest http://www.intel.com/support/graphics/intelhdgraphics4000 Intel® HD Graphics 4000. I did try this web http://www.intel.com/p/en_US/support/detect Intel Driver Update Utility and clicked check your system for updates also downloaded the latest version 15.33.30.64.3958. My current version is 10.18.10.3621. however, everytime i try to update, i got an error pop up. it says "The setup program failed to install one or more device drivers. Setup will exit".
Here's my dxdiag report. i think it would also help to solve the problem.
So does anyone know solution to this error? Thanks!!

Hello Humphrey, since you have a Samsung Laptop, sometimes it is necessary to install the graphics driver they provided.
Bear in mind that our drivers are generic and sometimes the OEM system does not allow the installation of them.
I suggest you contacting Samsung in order to check if they have a newest driver for this system.
If for any chance you are still want to install our drivers, you may try forcing the installation by performing manual procedure, however I cannot assure you they are going to work as expected.
