Hello.
I have a 4690k that for whatever reason is missing 2 resistors on the bottom of the chip.
I am not sure how these came off.
However, would I be able to have intel repair the chip for me?
Or, would I be able to do it myself.
Does anyone or could intel provide the proper replacement resistor?

I am sorry you are having problems with the processor but let me help you.
Please note that when is necessary to replace a faulty processor we do not fix I, we replace the unit instead.
Sometimes you may see a gold point darker than others but that is normal. You can also contact our support for them to help you with the verification of the unit and replace it if necessary:
