I press Ctrl + Alt + F8 and my monitors connected to my motherboard built-in GPU are disabled. Where are the settings for this? The hot key section of Intel HD Graphics Control Panel does not include this key combination.

Hello THX1138,
Thank you for bringing this matter to the Community.
The combination of Ctrl + Alt + F8 will restore the graphics defaults. I checked my Intel® HD Graphics Control Panel and Hot Key is present there, see below;
So, if you press this key combination it is expected for the monitors to be disabled since it is taking you to the default settings.
Regards,
Amy C.

Okay, thanks. Why then, isn't the hot key disabled with the others when I select 'Disable Hot Keys'? I want to assign Ctrl + Alt + F8 to another function in another program but I want to do this without disabling my monitors each time. Could this please be taken as a feature request? Thanks.

As you can confirm in the Intel® HD Graphics Control Panel this combination is set as default, but of course I will send your feature request to the proper department. Hopefully it can be considered for future driver releases.
Regards,
Amy C.
