KabyLake PCI Express Root Port # 10 Error

I am looking for a link to intel(r) 200 series chipset family thermal subsystem -a2b1 as it seems to be the only possible solution to the KabyLake PCI Express Root Port # 10 problem I have not yet tried. If someone could just make intel and msi find a solution to the problem of which there are many threads already it would save the customers a lot of trouble and time. I am encountering many bluescreens "memory management", critical process died", "page fault in nonpaged area"' among others.

I have tried reinstalling windows, checked all hardware to make sure everything is properly connected, as well as all solutions for the driver issue other than the one stated above.

My specs are:

Intel Core 15-6500 CPU

MSI Tomahawk Arctic 270

AMD Radeon R9 200/HD 7900
