Hi,

i've got a problem with my graphics card and a programm. My Laptop can't show me the videostream + metadata from a video-cam. Only the videostream or the metadata. (Bosch Dinion IP 5000i with the Configuration manager or via internet explorer). With other laptops and the same program it is possible. Maybe the Laptop needs an Update? But which?

You do have a problem.

Your processor and graphics are 8 years old and are not supported on Windows 10.

https://ark.intel.com/products/47341/Intel-Core-i5-520M-Processor-3M-Cache-2_40-GHz Intel® Core™ i5-520M Processor (3M Cache, 2.40 GHz) Product Specifications

And, you are way out of date on Windows, being at 1607, which is two years ago.

There is nothing you can do, except to get new/newer hardware (i.e. new laptop) that does support Windows 10 and provides the graphics/video you need.
