Hello Saenzco,
Thank you for your contacting Intel® RealSense™ support.
Some of the troubleshooting we recommend for this issue is to reinstall the camera driver, the instructions to reinstall the driver can be found on the following link:
https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000023694/emerging-technologies/intel-realsense-technology.html
There are many workarounds posted in the RealSense Community but they don't work for all users.
https://communities.intel.com/thread/113973 https://communities.intel.com/thread/113973
If after using the workaround you still have the issue please run and capture the logs of the DxDiag, as explained in the following link:
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4028644/windows-open-and-run-dxdiagexe
Also please provide us the driver installation logs, as explained in the attached image.
Is the camera embedded or peripherial?
Does the issue showed up after a Windows 10 update?
Have you performed a recovery to factory settings in your computer?
I will be waiting for your feedback.
Best Regards,
Juan N.
