Hi,
I have an Elitebook Folio 9470m with Intel HD graphics 4000, running Windows 8. When I run interactives from The concord Consortium in Firefox, like http://mw.concord.org/nextgen/# interactives/chemistry/chemical-reactions/catalysis http://mw.concord.org/nextgen/# interactives/chemistry/chemical-reactions/catalysis, the model is not rendered porperly. See the bug tracking at the Concord consortium: https://www.pivotaltracker.com/story/show/73341892 https://www.pivotaltracker.com/story/show/73341892
The driver version for the graphics card is 9.18.10.3006, which seems to be the most recent.
Is this å known bug? Is there anyone who knows how to fix it?

Hi einberg,
have You tried to go to the http://www.intel.com/p/en_US/support/detect Intel® Driver Update Utility ? (the best is to enter by Internet Explorer)
I don't think 9.18.10.3006 is the latest driver for the Intel HD 4000 (and Win8)

Thank you for answering! I have run the update utility earlier, without remarks, but now I got this message:
The http://www.intel.com/p/en_US/support/detect/graphics Intel® Driver Update Utility reports the following message:
A customized computer manufacturer driver is installed on your computer. The Intel® Driver Update Utility is not able to update the driver. Installing a generic Intel driver instead of the customized computer manufacturer driver may cause technical issues. Contact your computer manufacturer for the latest driver for your computer.
The words "may cause technical issues" seems a little dangerous.. How likeliy is it to run into problems if I download the driver (Version 15.33.30.3958) on this page:? https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?ProductID=3712&DwnldID=24346&lang=eng&iid=dc_rss Intel® Download Center

I've got a 64 bit system, så it should rather be this driver: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?ProductID=3712&DwnldID=24329&lang=eng&iid=dc_rss Intel® Download Center

You can either download one from the manufacturer site: http://h20565.www2.hp.com/portal/site/hpsc/template.PAGE/public/psi/swdHome/?sp4ts.oid=5271147&spf_p.tpst=swdMain&spf_p.prp_swdMain=wsrp-navigationalState%3DswEnvOID%253D4132%257CswLang%253D%257Caction%253DlistDriver&javax.portlet.begCacheTok=com.vignette.cachetoken&javax.portlet.endCacheTok=com.vignette.cachetoken# Driver - Graphics http://h20565.www2.hp.com/portal/site/hpsc/template.PAGE/public/psi/swdHome/?sp4ts.oid=5271147&spf_p.tpst=swdMain&spf_p.prp_swdMain=wsrp-navigationalState%3DswEnvOID%253D4132%257CswLang%253D%257Caction%253DlistDriver&javax.portlet.begCacheTok=com.vignette.cachetoken&javax.portlet.endCacheTok=com.vignette.cachetoken# Driver - Graphics
I see they have an updated version released not so long ago
Or You can download the latest one from the https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?ProductID=3712&DwnldID=24329&lang=eng&iid=dc_rss# _ga=1.72973075.1497115503.1413793632 Intel® Download Center as You have found (it's also the correct one since this model of Yours have no additional graphics cards)

I took the middle way: Searched at the HP website for their latest driver, and installed that, version 10.18.10.3621. It works, lovely!
Thank you!
