Ma carte graphique HD intel ne reconnait pas mon téléviseur samsung

Elle voit le téléviseur mais elle ne peut pas le connecter. Elle dit que l'écran télé n'est pas connecté mais on voit le téléviseur sur la liste des périphériques.

If this is a laptop, what is the model of the laptop?

 

What is the model of the TV?

 

Which video port are you using?
