thanks for replying. I thought Windows 7 and CE 7 is 2 completely different OS?

I dont think the windows drivers can work on CE.

You're correct, Windows* CE and Windows 7*,/8.1/10 are very different operating systems and it wouldn't be surprising that the drivers for the consumer versions don't work on the embedded versions. However, we just mentioned that in case you were willing to try. Windows CE* is not a compatible operating system for https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000005602/network-and-i-o/wireless-networking.html Intel® Wireless adapters.
