How to update my Graphic Card?

Hello all!

 

I have a problem... Im trying to update my Laptop's Graphic Card. But when i was checking my Graphic Card info's it only says "Intel(R) HD Graphics"...

It doesnt say "Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000 or Intel(R) HD Graphics 2500" because in that case the updating would be easy.

 

Please someone help me, im not so good with computer's.

Once you get this information, you can download the latest driver from https://downloadcenter.intel.com/default.aspx Intel® Download Center, the http://www.intel.com/p/en_US/support/detect?iid=dc_iduu Intel® Driver Update Utility or from the http://www.intel.com/support/oems.htm system manufacturer's website.
