Problems with collage profile

We have a fujitsu P556 / 2 computer that brings an integrated 630 intel, because our client has asked us to put two external screens to show videos and a monitor where we can work, we put the following configuration:

1. Run the utility
2. Click on "Scan" to get the scanned system
3. Once the scan is complete click on "next"
4. Use the "save" option, save the report to your desktop.
5. To attach a file, you must click the "Attach" option on the bottom right-hand corner of the response box.

Could you verify if the system supports hybrid graphics if it is supported, is the feature enable? For assistance on the hybrid graphics configuration, we recommend contacting the Fujitsu the system manufacturer. Regards, Leonardo C.

I have almost the same problem. When the monitors restarted (switched off for the night), the collage configuration is gone.
