Display driver failed to start

Hello everyone, I am unable to get the drivers to work for my Dell Latitude 5480. I have Intel HD graphics 620. I have tried uninstalling these drivers and restarting the computer. I have tried installing drivers from intel, and from dell command, and support assist. As soon as the drivers install, I get a windows message saying that it didn't work, and it converts to a Microsoft default driver and does not support more monitors. I have attached my DxDiag, and I look forward to hearing what I can try to resolve this issue. On a side note, I am working on this for someone across the country and I do not have access to the physical laptop. I am able to remote in.

Edit: I have used several different version of that driver.
