I wanna upgrade my cpu i got a intel i7 930 @ 2.80Ghz socket size 1366 LGA to a intell i7-6700K@ 4.0 Ghz socket size LGA 1151?

No, they are not socket compatible. Even if they were, you would have to contact the manufacturer of your PC and ask them which processors were compatible with their BIOS.

An upgrade processor must be socket, BIOS, and chipset compatible.
