hi,
I've just installed the R200 on my Windows 10.
Driver file is intel_rs_dcm_r200_2.1.27.2853.exe.
SDK file is intel_rs_sdk_mw_core_offline_11.0.27.1384.exe.
Everything goes fine including firmware upgrade.
But I cannot run any sample or tool programs.
They are all failed and I found an Event Viewer log as attached, says:
FW Version Mismatch. Expected Version:1.0.72.6 Actual Version: 1.0.72.10
It seems to be that the firmware is too new to the RealSenseDCMR200 service or windows driver.
Any suggestions?
best regards,

The 2016 R3 SDK (the one you installed) sadly will not work with your R200, as the SDK's support for the R200 ended with the previous version, 2016 R2 (though it continues in the open-source Librealsense SDK). I recommend uninstalling R3 and then installing R2 using the link below, which launches the SDK download immediately.

hi,
I really appreciate your reply.
I uninstalled the 2016R3 SDK and installed the 2016R2 SDK from your link.
But the Camara Explorer or other tools and samples doesn't work and the same RealSenseDCMR200 event log - FW Version Mismatch still occurs.
Is there any RealSensCDM200 service which supports my R200 (firmware version 1.0.72.10)?
Or is there any way to downgrade my 1.0.72.10 firmware to 1.0.72.6 version?
best regards,

Yours was a problem I have not come across before. It was a real puzzle. The release notes for the current R200 DCM on the main downloads page (the one for current versions, not the Previous Versions page), dated 1 Sept 2016, suggested that it was meant for use with a RealSense SDK version that was coming soon, and that using it with an SDK other than that one may cause problems. But the next SDK after that was 2016 R3 in December 2016, which removed support for the R200.
Anyway, the R200 DCM version before the current one was this one. This link will start the download automatically.
