hi
The display used to fill my whole monitor screen but suddenly it narrowed, leaving a black band around the screen. the mouse pointer still gets to the whole area and when i watch a film it does fill the whole screen however, when i use the remote connection to another computer, it narrows the displayed remote computer screen. it it used to be full. How do I restore it to full screen?
thanks

Hi Haifian: Thank you very much for contacting the Intel® Graphics communities. We will do our best to try to fix this problem.
In order to look for the most accurate solution for this situation, we just need to confirm a few details about your system, please provide the SSU and the DxDiag report:
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows- https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows-
Click on the "Start Menu" Type "DxDiag" Press "Enter" Wait for the DirectX Diagnostic Tool to finish loading
In the DirectX Diagnostic Tool, click "Save All Information" Save the file DxDiag.txt
Also, please provide a picture of the monitor where you are detecting this problem, in order for us to see the borders on it.
If you open any other application or different browsers, when you expand the Window, are you able to get the full screen?
Any further questions, please let me know.
Regards,
Alberto R
