If you scroll to near to the bottom of the page linked to below then you can find the final firmware version for the SR300 under the category 'Intel RealSense Camera SR300 Firmware'. Click the Driver link in that section to start the download.

It contains the Depth Camera Manager program that installs the firmware and the other drivers that the camera needs.
