Windows Server 2008 R2 ... is built on the same kernel used with the client-oriented Windows 7.

Theoretically you could use any Windows 7 driver from https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/81499/Intel-HD-Graphics-4000 Downloads for Intel® HD Graphics 4000
If these fail to work properly, try drivers from the manufacturer:

Hi Dtefan3D
I have tried the link https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/81499/Intel-HD-Graphics-4000 Downloads for Intel® HD Graphics 4000 and I did downloaded ver.-15.33.45.4653
And also from Advantech site http://support.advantech.com/support/SearchResult.aspx?keyword=intel%20graphics&searchtabs=Driver Search Results for "intel graphics" – Advantech
But stil the driver a - not supported -message . and b- not stable. is there any option to over come this ?
And
I wish you a happy new Year!!

@ meirdkl
Honestly, i'm not familiar with server OS.
I suggest to ask at advantech.com/contact/ for further help.
