I am unable to update my intel HD Graphics 4600 drivers in windows 10 pro x64 bit 1709 version how to update it ?

In my HP Envy 15-q178ca laptop my intel HD Graphics 4600 latest drivers for Windows 10 Pro X64 Bit version unable to update giving error 'obtain the appropriate driver from the computer manufacturer'. In this drivers update I need experts help in brief steps.

Get driver in ZIP format from here: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/27267/Graphics-Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-15-40-?product=81496 Download Intel® Graphics Driver for Windows* [15.40]

Install driver via "have disk method" as described at:

(ignore prolog about MS surface)
