centrino adapter disabling automatically, cannot be enabled, then disappearing

I already visited some solutions, like unchecking the turn off device when low battery/power saving, and applied it, but the problem still persists.

I even tried to update the drivers, but the problem's still there.

I tried uninstalling any programs that may interfere with the device.

I observed that as the adapter disables, it gives out either of the three error codes: 10, 31, and 45.

In event viewer, errors with event ID 441 appear quite often.
