Can't install the latest Intel Graphics Driver 23.20.16.4901

I just noticed that 23.20.16.4901 Intel Graphics Driver version was released a couple of days ago which is compatible with my i5-7200U. I currently have 22.20.16.4718 installed and when I try to install the new driver I get the following message:

How do I get around this?

Install driver via "have disk method" as described at:

(ignore prolog about MS surface)

Is this safe? I've read that computer manufacturers modify the Intel drivers before releasing them for a specific model.

EDIT: Updated and everything seems ok.

since its just a graphics driver i think its fine. I've tried running games and everything's normal.
