I would need more information in regards to your system configuration:
Which version of Windows do you have?
Click the Windows icon, and then right-click Computer.
Select Properties.
Find System Type on the Properties window, and then note operating system version
Do you have same problem installing driver from your computer manufacturer?
What is exactly the model number of the computer?

The system version is 64 bit operating system.
I do have the same problem when i try to update it from the system manufacturer.
The model is:Alienware M17x R4 (Early 2012)- Mark as New

I tried that and it says is already up to date but its says the driver is up to date but when i check it it says the driver is at this version 9.3.0.0

At this stage, that message indicates you need drivers from your computer manufacturer because our generic drivers do not contain proper installation lines to be installed on your computer.
