Why won't the game configuration of Insurgency from gameplay.intel.com be playable on my PC?

Hi, I play a game called Insurgency, which can run on my PC that has an Intel Core i3-6100U 2.3Ghz and Intel HD Graphics 520, along with 4 GB (single-channel) of RAM. I checked the configuration for the game on gameplay.intel.com , and the game was running at 20 FPS with these settings and became unplayable when I used it on my all-in-one PC. You need 60 FPS for first-person shooters and my PC cannot run it with the settings shown on the website. I have the latest Intel HD Graphics Driver too (Version 21.20.16.4590), and Windows 10. Why is it not playable for me?

Thanks for reaching me, but even if I install the driver from the link, the problem still persists. Any other ideas? Or is the game poorly optimized?

Thank you for taking your time for reporting this to us.

One thing I noticed is that the game minimum requirements shows 4GB of System Memory, and that is actually what you have on your system. However, please keep in mind that the integrated graphics will actually reserve System Memory for itself to work. This effectively lowers the total amount of system memory that the game can work with. Perhaps this is a factor that might be contributing to a lower game performance. Is there any chance that you can add more System memory? (i.e. install more RAM)

I haven't played this game before, so I haven't done any benchmarks with it. I'm passing this feedback to the folks that worked on the initial inclusion of the game on https://gameplay.intel.com/ https://gameplay.intel.com/ to see if we have additional suggestions.

Thanks for letting me know this, I didn't notice the minimum requirements for the game is 4 GB of RAM. I will try to buy some more RAM soon and test Insurgency out in the future so I can tell you how it performs.
