Hello,
I would like to know what is difference between SR300 and LR200 exactly.
I believe that the SR300 is TOF camera, but the SR300 is for the short distance sensing type (about 1 m+α) isn't it?
So if I would like to use a long distance sensing type, should I choose the LR200, am I correct?
However, according to a document, the LR200 is an active stereo camera, it means it's not TOF camera, is it true?
Therefore, intel only has TOF camera SR300 model right now.
And LR200, ZR300 and 400 Series are stereo cameras.
Will intel focus on a stereo camera? and they don't have new TOF camera after SR300 as of now?
Thank you,

Note for other readers: TOF stands for Time of Flight.
The LR200 is just a version of the R200 camera that has improved RGB resolution and a better IR emitter component. In most respects, the LR200 is identical to the R200's specification and has the same range as that cam. Its approximate maximum range is 4 m.
The SR300 is the newer of those cameras. It is the next-generation replacement for the F200 "front facing" desktop camera model. It has a smaller maximum range of 1.5 m though.
You can compare the LR200 and the SR300 through the data sheets for the R200 and SR300.

The introduction pages of the sheets describe the R200 as Infrared Assisted Stereo, and the SR300 as Coded Light.
