Output Full Range RGB to built-in display on Intel HD620 Graphics

Hi I am using Intel i5 7200U with HD620 graphics laptop and I cannot find the option in Intel Graphics Settings to output full range color (PC 0-255) to my built-in display. On Nvidia graphics there is an option to set output mode to Full dynamic color but I cannot find this option on mine. Is there a setting that I can change in the registry to do this?

Hello idkwho,

Thank you for joining the Graphics Community.

  • Could you please let us know the driver version you are running? Please go to Device Manger> Display adapters> Intel(R) HD Graphics right click on Properties and then go to Driver, you will be able to see the version installed.
  • Let us know your computer model.

Regards,

Amy C.

Thank you for the information.

It is possible that the laptop manufacturer may have limited this option on your built-in display. However, just to determine if we could be seeing a different behavior, try with the older driver found below, for diagnostic purposes.

Intel® HD Graphics [15.45.4678]: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/26836.

You can use this method for the installation: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000005629/graphics-drivers.html

Let me know how it goes.
