I bought a Dell OptiPlex computer with Windows 10 Pro and Intel HD Graphics 630. When I first started up the computer, it worked fine to display on my Sony TV through HDMI. After a day of usage, a series of Windows updates and Dell driver patches were applied. Now, when I try to connect the computer to my Sony TV it always says "Unsupported signal, check device output". I have used the Intel Driver & Support Assistant and it says that my Intel drivers are up to date. I am using the latest Intel display driver. What can be done to get my monitor working again?

shaner25: Thank you very much for contacting the Intel® Graphics communities. We will do our best to assist you with this scenario.
In regard to this case, we recommend to install the graphics drivers provided by Dell since they were customized by them to work with your specific platform. I looked for them but there are different types of Dell OptiPlex, do you know the specific model of your unit?
Even though you mentioned that the drivers are up to date, if the problem persists, we can test driver 4901:

If you have the option, please test different HDMI cables, if the TV has more than one HDMI port, please test them all as well, to rule out a possible problem with an specific port.
Additionally, some TVs have the option to do a firmware update and sometimes they have their own driver, so that is something that you can always confirm with Sony directly in the case an update is needed:

Here is what I've tried so far:
- I upgraded the firmware on my TV to the latest version
- I tried 3 different HDMI cables
- I tried different HDMI ports on my Sony TV
- I tried using a DVI to HDMI adapter to connect to the Sony TV
None of those things worked.
This is the PC I have: Dell OptiPlex CFC5C 3050 Micro Business Desktop PC
Is the driver you listed the best one to use for that particular PC?

shaner25: Thank you very much for providing those details.
Driver 4901 version is the latest one for Intel® Graphics 630 available in our web site, but the driver provided in this case by Dell is the one we recommend to install.
Please try driver version 22.20.16.4771 ,A04:
