Please check if you have a previous version of the Intel® Turbo Boost Max Technology 3.0 installed, go to Windows* Control Panel -> Programs -> Uninstall a Program and uninstall any previous version of Intel® Turbo Boost Max Technology 3.0 software then reboot the system. Run Windows update to have all updates available. 1. Unzip the TBMT Driver/Control Panel Application package.
2. In Windows Explorer, right-click on INF file and select Install.

If Install option is not available in Windows Explorer, go to Device Manager, Locate the device that has Hardware ID INT3510, and Update Driver Software by pointing to this INF.After successful installation, reboot the system. Also, you may need to verify with your motherboard vendor that support for this technology is enabled on your motherboard / BIOS. Please let me know how it goes. Best regards, Ivan.
